BEHIND THE LENSI was born in a small town and I've always enjoyed its natural beauty. I guess that's where I got my appreciation for the rural life and the love of nature around me. I developed a love of drawing at a very young age. When I was about three years old, I discovered that very ripe carrots in my parents refrigerator made great tools for drawing, and their walls were a wonderful canvas for doodling large suns over. This was my first introduction to art.
My love of drawing then evolved into my love a photography. I would see the beauty around me and want to capture it. It was a quicker, instant satisfaction way to create beautiful images. Currently, I am using my home garden to create most of my floral photos, and a local zoo for most of my wildlife photos, but I hope to soon travel to different areas to create more variety in my work and encompass larger areas in my photos. I hope you follow me in my journey of developing my talents and I'd like to thank you for all your support. Sincerely, |
